By accessing and using the services provided by Harbin Siqingai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Siqingai Electronics), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Siqingai Electronics provides computer systems design, system integration, and related technical services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.
Clients agree to:
All intellectual property rights in our services, including custom designs and solutions, remain the property of Siqingai Electronics unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients receive a license to use deliverables as specified in service agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siqingai Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Specific warranties for deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of service delivery.
Either party may terminate services as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
